Common use of Methods of Making Payment Clause in Contracts

Methods of Making Payment. The following methods of payments will be available: a) The Retailer will offer the following bill payment options: i. In person at our business address; ii. By mail using cheque or credit card; iii. By direct debit from a cheque or credit card; and iv. By paying through CentrePay. b) If the method described in paragraph (a) above is not possible (eg because of holiday of illness), the Retailer may offer the following alternative bill payment options to the Customer: i. Payment in advance facilities; and ii. Redirection of the Customer’s bill as requested by the Customer.
