Common use of Mexican Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Mexican Guarantors. Each Mexican Guarantor incorporated under the Laws of Mexico hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives any right to which it may be entitled (including the rights to excusión, orden, división and subrogación), to the extent applicable, under Articles 2813, 2814, 2815, 2816, 2817, 2818, 2819, 2820, 2821, 2822, 2823, 2824, 2826, 2827, 2828, 2830, 2835, 2836, 2837, 2838, 2839, 2840, 2842, 2844, 2846, 2847, 2848 and 2849 of the Federal Civil Code (Código Civil Federal) and the corresponding provisions of the Civil Codes of the States of Mexico and the Federal District of Mexico (or any successor provisions).
