Mezzanine Lender Monthly Debt Service Notice. Lender agrees to deliver each Mezzanine Lender Monthly Debt Service Notice Letter and corresponding disbursement instructions to Deposit Bank within two (2) Business Days of Lender’s receipt thereof to the extent any Mezzanine Lender is entitled to a payment pursuant to the terms of Section 6.11.1 above.
