Mezzanine Loan Debt Service Sub-Account. On each Monthly Payment Date, all funds held in the Mezzanine Loan Debt Service Sub-Account shall be distributed to Mezzanine Lender, and such distribution shall be deemed to have been distributed by the Borrowers to the Mezzanine Borrowers and shall be applied by Mezzanine Borrowers to the obligations under the Mezzanine Loan Agreement.
