MFD Service Unit Sample Clauses

The MFD Service Unit clause defines the specific unit of measurement used to quantify services provided by a multifunction device (MFD), such as copies, prints, scans, or faxes. In practice, this clause clarifies how usage is tracked and billed, for example, by counting each printed page or scanned document as one service unit. By establishing a clear metric for service delivery, the clause ensures accurate billing and prevents disputes over service volume, thereby promoting transparency and fairness in the contractual relationship.
