4. The Union will secure all lists provided under this Section from unauthorized access.

4. The Union will secure all lists provided under this Section from unauthorized access.
MICELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. Entire Agreement: This Contract supersedes all prior oral or written understanding between the Parties, constitutes the entire agreement with respect to its subject matter and shall not be modified or amended except in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both Parties.
