MICELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Sample Clauses

The "Miscellaneous Provisions" clause serves as a catch-all section that addresses various legal and administrative matters not covered elsewhere in the agreement. This section typically includes terms related to governing law, dispute resolution, amendment procedures, assignment rights, and notices. For example, it may specify which state's laws apply to the contract or how official communications should be delivered between parties. Its core function is to ensure that all necessary legal details are addressed, thereby reducing ambiguity and minimizing potential disputes over procedural or technical issues.
