Microsoft Approval Clause Samples
The "Microsoft Approval" clause establishes that certain actions, decisions, or changes within an agreement require the explicit consent or authorization of Microsoft before proceeding. In practice, this may apply to modifications of deliverables, subcontracting work, or the use of specific technologies, where the other party must seek and obtain written approval from Microsoft prior to implementation. This clause ensures that Microsoft retains control over key aspects of the agreement, thereby managing risk and maintaining oversight over activities that could impact its interests or obligations.
