Mid Michigan College a. Maintain a Radiography Program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology. b. Provide overall supervision by the program director. c. Accept the college application of the KCC students involved in this agreement, without application fees. d. Accept all satisfactorily earned credits taken both at KCC and MID. Students must earn a C or better in all classes to be accepted with the exception of Anatomy and Physiology courses, in which the required standard is B- or higher. e. Provide specific Radiography Curriculum (including clinical practicum courses and Concepts in Microbiology) for KCC students for a total of f. Reserve sufficient number of sections in the Radiography courses and labs for KCC students to provide a schedule conducive for commuting purposes. Articulated students will be placed in the first lab of the day, when possible, dependent on number of articulated students. g. Xxxxx the Associate in Applied Science Degree to all KCC students who complete the requirements for the degree.

  • COLLEGE has the sole right to control and direct the instructional activities of all instructors, including those who are SCHOOL DISTRICT employees.

  • Massachusetts Business Trust With respect to any Fund which is a party to this Agreement and which is organized as a Massachusetts business trust, the term “Fund” means and refers to the trustees from time to time serving under the applicable trust agreement of such trust, as the same may be amended from time to time (the ‘Declaration of Trust”). It is expressly agreed that the obligations of any such Fund hereunder shall not be binding upon any of the trustees, shareholders, nominees, officers, agents or employees of the Fund personally, but bind only the trust property of the Fund as set forth in the applicable Declaration of Trust. In the case of each Fund which is a Massachusetts business trust (in each case, a “Trust”), the execution and delivery of this Agreement on behalf of the Trust has been authorized by the trustees, and signed by an authorized officer, of the Trust, in each case acting in such capacity and not individually, and neither such authorization by the trustees nor such execution and delivery by such officer shall be deemed to have been made by any of them individually, but shall bind only the trust property of the Trust as provided in its Declaration of Trust.

  • Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage. Such reimbursements will cease if the Executive becomes eligible for similar coverage under another benefit plan.

  • Extended Health Care The Hospital shall contribute on behalf of each eligible employee seventy-five percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Liberty Health $15-25 deductible plan including hearing aids with a maximum of $300.00 per person and vision care with a maximum of $150.00 every 24 months per person, or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction. Any Hospital currently paying more than 75% of the premium shall continue to do so. The drug formulary shall be as defined by Liberty Health Formulary Three.

  • Family Care and Medical Leave An unpaid Family Care and Medical Leave shall be granted, to the extent of and subject to the restrictions as set forth below, to an employee who has been employed for at least twelve (12) months and who has served for 130 workdays during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the effective date of the leave. For purposes of this Section, furlough days and days worked during off-basis time shall count as "workdays". Family Care and Medical Leave absences of twenty (20) consecutive working days or less can be granted by the immediate administrator or designee. Leaves of twenty (20) or more consecutive working days can be granted only by submission of a formal leave application to the Personnel Commission.
