Milestone Clarifications. (a) Each milestone payment amount set forth in Section 6.5.2 shall be payable only one time per Lilly Target regardless of the number of Products Directed to such Lilly Target that achieve such milestone. For clarity, (i) no milestone payment shall be owed with respect to any subsequent Collaboration Compound or Product (including new compounds or Antibodies or new Indications, except as otherwise set forth below in this Section 6.5.3(a)) that is Directed to the same Lilly Target (or multiple targets that include the same target) for which the milestones have been previously paid. [***] (b) The milestone events set forth in Sections 6.5.2(c) shall be by reference to Net Product Sales in countries in which the Royalty Term with respect to the relevant Product is still continuing.
