Milestone Conditions. (i) Each milestone payment set forth above shall be payable only once. (ii) If any Net Sales milestone event occurs for a particular Licensed Product without one of the prior Net Sales milestone events occurring for such Licensed Product, then the milestone payment to be made with respect to the prior milestone event for such Licensed Product shall be paid at the same time as the payment for the subsequent milestone event for such Licensed Product.
