Milestone Extension Sample Clauses

Milestone Extension. Upon payment by the Company Parties of the Extension Fee (as defined in the Backstop Agreement), the Milestones in Sections 8.01(d) through 8.01(f) (Disclosure Statement Order, Confirmation Order, and Plan Effective Date) shall be deemed extended by 60 days.
