Milestone Fees. Licensee will pay Milestone Fees indicated in Section 3.1(b) of the Patent & Technology License Agreement by the Quarterly Payment Deadline for the Contract Quarter in which the milestone events set forth in Section 3.1(b) of the Patent & Technology License Agreement are achieved.

Milestone Fees. In consideration of the rights and licenses granted to Licensee under Section 2.1 with respect to the exercise of a given Commercial Option, Licensee shall pay Licensor the following one-time milestone payments, on a per Licensed Indication basis, for the first Licensed Product for each Licensed Indication in the Field to achieve such milestone event:

Milestone Fees. 3.3.1 In partial consideration of the rights and licenses granted to Licensee under this Agreement, Licensee shall pay Licensor the following milestone payments for each Licensed Product to achieve such milestone event:
