Milestone Fees. In consideration of the rights and licenses granted to Licensee under Section 2.1 with respect to the exercise of a given Commercial Option, Licensee shall pay Licensor the following one-time milestone payments, on a per Licensed Indication basis, for the first Licensed Product for each Licensed Indication in the Field to achieve such milestone event:
