Milestone IND-Enabling Studies. Within [***] days of MAGENTA first initiating an IND-Enabling Study for the first Development Target, MAGENTA will pay a one-time fee in the amount of [***]. For the avoidance of doubt, the milestone described in this Section 9.2.2 shall be payable the one-time only.
