Common use of Milk Price Clause in Contracts

Milk Price. (a) We will pay you the Milk Price in accordance with the Milk Price structure as set out in Schedule 5 for the supply of Milk to us. (b) For the avoidance of doubt, the opening Milk Price as set out in Schedule 5 represents the Minimum Price you will be paid for the relevant Year. (c) The Minimum Price may only be varied in accordance with Clause 11 (Can we change our agreement?). If a variation under that clause reduces the Minimum Price, the reduction will not operate as a Retrospective Stepdown.
