Common use of Millennium Compliance Clause in Contracts

Millennium Compliance. All computer systems used by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries which are necessary in the conduct of their business will be capable of the following, before, during and/or after January 2000: (a) handling date information involving all and any dates before, during and/or after January 1, 2000, including accepting input, providing output and performing date calculations in whole or in part; (b) operating, accurately without interruption on and in respect of any and all dates before, during and/or after January 1, 2000 and without any change in performance; (c) responding to and processing two digit year input without creating any ambiguity as to the century; and (d) storing and providing date input information with out creating any ambiguity as to the century.
