Common use of Millennium Compliance Clause in Contracts

Millennium Compliance. All computer systems used by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries which are necessary in the conduct of their business will be capable of the following, before, during and/or after January 2000: (a) handling date information involving all and any dates before, during and/or after January 1, 2000, including accepting input, providing output and performing date calculations in whole or in part; (b) operating, accurately without interruption on and in respect of any and all dates before, during and/or after January 1, 2000 and without any change in performance; (c) responding to and processing two digit year input without creating any ambiguity as to the century; and (d) storing and providing date input information with out creating any ambiguity as to the century.

Millennium Compliance. All The Borrowers have implemented a plan, which plan is currently on schedule, to make certain that all computer systems used by the Borrower Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries which are necessary in the conduct of their business will be capable of the following, before, during and/or after January 2000: (a) handling date information involving all and any dates before, during and/or after January 1, 2000, including accepting input, providing output and performing date calculations in whole or in part; (b) operating, accurately without interruption on and in respect of any and all dates before, during and/or after January 1, 2000 and without any change in performance; (c) responding to and processing two digit year input without creating any ambiguity as to the century; and (d) storing and providing date input information with out without creating any ambiguity as to the century.

Millennium Compliance. All Borrower has undertaken a specific plan of action to ensure that its computer hardware, computer software, and all other systems used and devices whether in use by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries which Company or for resale (herein collectively referred to as "Computer Systems") will achieve Millennium Compliance. As used herein, "Millennium Compliance" means that the Computer Systems are necessary in the conduct of their business will be capable of the following, before, during and/or and after January 2000: : (ai) handling date information involving any and all and any dates before, during and/or and after January 1, 2000, including accepting input, providing output and performing date calculations in whole or in part; ; (bii) operating, accurately without interruption on and in respect of any and all dates before, during and/or after January 1, 2000 and without any change changes in performance; ; (ciii) responding to and processing two digit year input without creating any ambiguity as to the century; and and (div) storing and providing date input information with out without creating any ambiguity as to the century.
