MIMECAST SERVICES. You will have five (5) days to check the initial configuration of Mimecast to ensure it meets Your requirements, and provide Elevity with written notice specifying any claimed defect or omission within five (5) days of installation and implementation of Mimecast. If You do not timely provide such notice, You acknowledge that You accept Mimecast as configured and are satisfied that the Solution is in the proper configuration.
