Mine Maps. Lessee shall maintain at the mine office clear, accurate, and detailed maps of all actual and planned operations. Such maps shall be certified by an engineer or geologist who is professionally licensed by the State of Utah or by a state having a reciprocal licensing agreement with the State of Utah. Lessee shall provide copies of such maps to Lessor upon request.
