Mineral Aggregate Clause Samples

The 'Mineral Aggregate' clause defines what materials are considered as mineral aggregate within the context of the agreement. Typically, this includes substances like sand, gravel, crushed stone, or similar materials used in construction or roadwork projects. The clause clarifies which materials are covered by the contract, ensuring that both parties have a shared understanding of the scope of materials involved. Its core function is to prevent disputes over material definitions and to ensure clarity in the supply, use, or payment for mineral aggregates.
