Common use of Mineral Resources Clause in Contracts

Mineral Resources. The most recent estimated measured, indicated and inferred mineral resources disclosed in the Company Public Documents have been prepared and disclosed in all material respects in accordance with accepted engineering practices and applicable Law. There has been no material reduction in the aggregate amount of estimated mineral resources or mineralized material of the Company or any Company Subsidiary, taken as a whole, from the amounts disclosed in the Company Public Documents.

Mineral Resources. There has been no material reduction in the aggregate amount of estimated mineral resources or mineralized material of the Company Acquiror or any Company Acquiror Subsidiary, taken as a whole, from the amounts disclosed in the Company Acquiror Public Documents.
