Common use of Mineral Technology Act Clause in Contracts

Mineral Technology Act. 1.10.1 The Shareholder, in consultation with the Board, shall ensure that the Shareholder Compact and the Compact between Mintek and its subsidiary shall be consistent with the Mineral Technology Act No. 30 of 1989 and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of any of the main subsidiaries. 1.10.2 In the event that there is any conflict between the provisions of this agreement and the Mineral Technology Act the provisions of the Act shall prevail.
