Common use of Minimal Creditworthiness Clause in Contracts

Minimal Creditworthiness. Company or Customer shall not be required to perform, or continue to perform, any service under this Agreement or a Customer Order in the event either party (i) applies or has applied for bankruptcy, or (ii) one party fails, in the good faith opinion of the other party, to demonstrate minimal creditworthiness.
