Minimal disturbance. Every reasonable effort shall be made to conduct audits during normal office hours in a manner which will result in a minimum of inconvenience to the Technical Services Provider, its subcontractors and the Services. The Operator and the owners of the Transportation System shall make every reasonable effort to coordinate their audits so as to minimize the number of audits.
