Minimising Disruption. 13.1 If it appears likely to the Contractor that any planned works or activities to be carried out by the Contractor under this Contract will necessitate interruption to or restriction of the System and/or require access to any Purchaser Property, then the Contractor shall notify Purchaser not less than fourteen (14) days prior to such planned works or activities. 13.2 In the event of any unplanned works or activities to be carried out by the Contractor as a result of a System Fault or otherwise, then the Contractor shall notify Purchaser as soon as possible of the nature of such works or activities and the likely disruption or restriction of the System. 13.3 The Contractor shall perform the Services:
