Common use of Minimize Interference Clause in Contracts

In exercising its rights under this Article 16, Landlord will use reasonable efforts in minimize any interference with Tenant's use or occupancy of the Premises, provided that Landlord will not be obligated to provide overtime labor or perform work after regular Building hours.
