Minimizing Disruption. When effecting any spontaneous arrest on school grounds during operating school hours, every reasonable precaution shall be taken to minimize the disruption of the school environment to the greatest extent possible, consistent with the requirements of public safety.
Minimizing Disruption. Meetings between NAL staff members providing the Services pursuant to this Agreement and students of the School shall be scheduled so as to minimize disruption to the student’s daily routine and to the orderly functioning of the School.
