Minimizing Environmental Impact. During the performance of Work, Contractor shall make its best effort to use equipment, materials, and substances in such a way as to keep to a minimum the impact of the Work upon any aspect of the surrounding environment, including land, air, water, livestock, wildlife, marine life, and humans.
