Minimum Allocations to General Partner. Notwithstanding the preceding provisions of this Article 6, other than Sections 6.3. and 6.4, the General Partner shall be allocated not less than [one percent] of each item of income, gain, deduction or loss of the Partnership for each Allocation Year.
