Common use of Minimum Amount of Certain Loans Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amount of Certain Loans. All borrowings, conversions, continuations, payments and, except as set forth in the penultimate sentence of subsection 2.6, prepayments in respect of Committed Rate Loans shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections that, after giving effect thereto, (a) the aggregate principal amount of Committed Rate Loans made on any Borrowing Date shall not be less than $25,000,000 or a whole multiple of $5,000,000 in excess thereof (or comparable amounts reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent in the case of Foreign Currency Loans) and (b) the aggregate principal amount of Committed Rate Loans of any Type with the same Interest Period shall not be less than $10,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof (or comparable amounts reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent in the case of Foreign Currency Loans).
