Minimum Amount of Each Borrowing; Limitation on Number of Borrowings. The aggregate principal amount of each Borrowing shall not be less than $2,500,000. More than one Borrowing may occur on the same date, but at no time shall there be outstanding more than eight Borrowings of Eurodollar Loans.

The aggregate principal amount of each Borrowing of Loans shall not be less than (i) with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans, $2,500,0005,000,000 or an integral multiple of U.S. $1,000,000 in excess thereof and (ii) with respect to Base Rate Loans, $500,000 or an integral multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof . More than one Borrowing may occur on the same date, but at no time shall there be outstanding more than eight ten (10) Borrowings of Eurodollar Loans.
