Minimum Amounts of Tranches. Except as provided in Annex A, all borrowings, conversions and continuations of Revolving Credit Loans and Multicurrency Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Tranche shall be equal to $10,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, (b) the aggregate principal amount of the Multicurrency Loans comprising each Tranche shall be in an amount of which the U.S. Dollar Equivalent is at least $10,000,000 and (c) there shall not be more than 20 Tranches at any one time outstanding.
