Common use of Minimum Amounts Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans Commitment and/or the Advances at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any credit facility provided hereunder and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility provided hereunder) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitments and the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of of‌ the assigning Lender’s Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans commitments and the loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate) or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitments and the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it under any Facility or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans or Issuing Bank’s Commitment and/or the Advances at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 9.07(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case, with respect to any facility), or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 11.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility provided hereunder) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it under the Revolving Facility and the Term Facility or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 10.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Credit) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 11.11(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of (x) an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans at the time owing to it Commitment or Loans, (y) contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related any Lender and its Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(BB) of this Section 9.4(b)(i) in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of (z) an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a existing Lender or an Affiliate or Approved FundFund of an existing Lender, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 9.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 11.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) i. in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans Commitment and/or the Advances at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment(s) and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each instance with respect to any Credit) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 10.9(b)(i)(B) of this Section below in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and;

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (Aa) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Term Loan Commitment or the Term Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(Bb) of this Section below in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitments and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under the Facilities and the Loans at the time owing to it under such Facilities or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans at the time owing to it Commitment or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate and the Loans at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignment) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Revolving Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans and Reimbursement Obligations at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 9.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 11.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans Revolving Commitments and/or the Advances at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after 117 giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans commitment and/or the loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility provided for herein) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans commitments and the loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Commitment) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 10.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitments and the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans Commitment or the Term Loan at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 8.07 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of (x) an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitments or Loans at the time owing to it or under a particular Facility, (y) contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsassignment) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(Bb)(ii)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of (z) an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (Aa) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 11.8.2(i)(b) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it under any Facility or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans at the time owing to it or a Lender, in the case of contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsassignment) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitments and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B10.6(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitments and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans commitments and the loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.5 in the aggregate aggregate) or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsassignment) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 12.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; andand‌

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans Commitment and/or the Term Loan at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 10.5(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the Revolving Credit Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) 1. in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitments and the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitments and the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) subject to subsection (b)(i)(C) below, in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitments of any Class and the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to of such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate Class or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving 118 effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 11.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) s. in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans commitments and the loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate) or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; andand 118

Minimum Amounts. (A) a. in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the Loans under a Facility at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds Exhibit 10.1 (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 10.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph Section 11.06 (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and;

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate 128 or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of (I) an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment or Loans at the time owing to it or of any Class, (II) contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related any Lender and its Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(BB) of this Section 10.4(b)(i) in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of (III) an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a existing Lender or an Affiliate or Approved FundFund of an existing Lender, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans commitments and the loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect that aggregate to such assignments) that equal at least the amount amounts specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) a. in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans Commitment and/or the Advances at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (Ai) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 12.2(c)(ii) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (Aa) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Loans commitments and the loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect that aggregate to such assignments) that equal at least the amount amounts specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; andand 146

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s applicable Commitment or the applicable Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Term Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.6 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it under such Facility or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Affiliates or Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) of a Lender that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a 103 Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment or the Loans of any Class at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(BSection 10.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsassignment) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, 101 an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.10(b)(i)(A) in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in A)in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and
