Common use of Minimum and/or Maximum Interest Rate Clause in Contracts

Minimum and/or Maximum Interest Rate. If the relevant Final Terms specify a Minimum Interest Rate for any Interest Period then, in the event that the Interest Rate in respect of such Interest Period determined in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (b) above is less than such Minimum Interest Rate, the Interest Rate for such Interest Period shall be such Minimum Interest Rate. If the Final Terms specify a Maximum Interest Rate for any Interest Period then, in the event that the Interest Rate in respect of such Interest Period determined in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (b) above is greater than such Maximum Interest Rate, the Interest Rate for such Interest Period shall be such Maximum Interest Rate.
