Minimum Base Compensation. Subject to the termination provisions of the Agreement, Executive shall be paid an annual minimum base salary of $100,000 per year for all services rendered to the Corporation for the term of this Agreement ("Minimum Base Compensation") in equal weekly or bi-weekly installments with a deduction of all taxes and other amounts required to be withheld or deducted by law.
Minimum Base Compensation.
