Common use of Minimum Benefit Clause in Contracts

Minimum Benefit. The amount of the Income Extension Aid benefit as computed under Section 4(a)(1) shall be subject to a minimum benefit equal to two weeks’ pay or $2,400.00, whichever is higher.
