Minimum Billing Charge Clause Samples
A Minimum Billing Charge clause sets a baseline amount that a client must pay, regardless of the actual quantity of goods or services used. This means that even if the client's usage falls below a certain threshold, they are still obligated to pay at least the minimum specified amount. For example, a service provider may require a minimum monthly fee even if the client uses fewer services than anticipated. The core function of this clause is to ensure the provider receives a guaranteed minimum payment, protecting them from losses due to underutilization by the client.
