Minimum Borrowing Amounts, etc. The aggregate principal amount of each Borrowing of Loans under a respective Tranche shall not be less than the Minimum Borrowing Amount applicable to such Tranche, PROVIDED that Mandatory Borrowings shall be made in the amounts required by Section 1.01(d).
