Minimum Borrowing Amounts, etc. The aggregate principal amount of each Borrowing under a Facility shall be the Minimum Borrowing Amount for such Facility (except that Mandatory Borrowings shall be made in the amounts required by Section 2.1(c)). More than one Borrowing may be incurred on any day, provided that at no time shall there be outstanding more than an aggregate of fifteen (15) Borrowings of Eurodollar Rate Loans.
