Minimum Call Session and Allowance Clause Samples

Minimum Call Session and Allowance. There shall be a minimum call session of one (1) hour during which up to three (3) commercial announcements, derived from a single composition may be recorded for a single advertiser. Never shall the total length of commercial announcements and versions, which utilize the music recorded in one session, exceed three (3) minutes in the aggregate. If so, an additional session must be called and an additional original contract must be created.
