Minimum Callback Time Sample Clauses

Minimum Callback Time. An Employee who is called into work outside her regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at overtime rates whenever there is a break between the Employee’s regular scheduled hours and the work the Employee is called in to do.
Minimum Callback Time. An employee who is called in after returning home and required to work outside regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at the overtime rate.
Minimum Callback Time. Employees of this unit who are called back to duty for court or any other reason shall receive a minimum callback pay of three (3) hours at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2).

  • Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.

  • Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.

  • Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.

  • Minimum Cash As determined on the first of every calendar month, the Company shall at all times keep on-hand unencumbered, unrestricted cash in an amount greater than or equal to $1,000,000.

  • MINIMUM CALL-IN If a member is called in for extra work, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hour pay at their straight hourly rate.
