Common use of Minimum Commitment by Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Minimum Commitment by Administrative Agent. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12.05, Administrative Agent agrees, so long as there exists no Event of Default, to maintain a Loan Commitment in an amount no less than $15,000,000, and further agrees to hold and not to participate or assign any of such amount other than an assignment to a Federal Reserve Bank or to the Parent or a majority-owned subsidiary of Administrative Agent.
