Minimum Day Guarantee Sample Clauses
A Minimum Day Guarantee clause ensures that a service provider or worker is compensated for a set minimum number of hours or days, regardless of whether the full amount of work is required or performed. For example, if a contractor is booked for a job but the client only needs their services for a few hours, the contractor is still paid for the minimum guaranteed period, such as a full day. This clause provides financial security for the service provider and helps prevent losses due to last-minute changes or underutilization of their time.
