Common use of Minimum Denomination Clause in Contracts

Minimum Denomination. Unless otherwise specified in the Series Supplement for a Series, each Equipment Note shall be issued in minimum denominations of $100,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof; provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, one Equipment Note of each Class of a Series may be issued with such excess in integral multiples of $1.
