Common use of Minimum Denominations Clause in Contracts

Minimum Denominations. Each Note shall be issued in minimum denominations of not less than the Minimum Denomination. On the Closing Date, (i) the Original Notes shall be issued such that the sum of the denominations of all outstanding Original Notes shall equal the applicable Initial Note Principal Balance, and (ii) the MAC Notes shall be registered in denominations of $0. On the Closing Date and pursuant to an Issuer Order, the Registrar will execute and authenticate one or more Book-Entry Notes in an aggregate principal amount that shall equal the Initial Note Principal Balance.
