Minimum EBIT to Interest Ratio. The Borrower shall have as of the end of each fiscal quarter a ratio of Consolidated EBIT to Consolidated Total Interest Expense for the four-quarter period then ended of not less than 3.5:1.00 for such period.

Related to Minimum EBIT to Interest Ratio

  • Minimum Interest Coverage Ratio The Borrowers shall not permit the Interest Coverage Ratio, calculated as of the end of each fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters then ended, to be less than 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Minimum Unsecured Interest Coverage Ratio As of the last day of any fiscal quarter, the Unsecured Interest Coverage Ratio for the Parent, on a consolidated basis, for the fiscal quarter then ended, annualized, to be less than or equal to 1.75 to 1.00; and

  • Minimum EBITDA Section 9.23(c) of the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Minimum Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be less than 3.25 to 1.00.

  • Quick Ratio A ratio of Quick Assets to Current Liabilities of at least 2.00 to 1.00.

  • Minimum Liquidity The Borrower shall not permit Liquidity at any time to be less than $50,000,000.

  • Maximum Leverage Ratio As of the last day of each fiscal quarter, the Borrower shall not permit the ratio (the "Leverage Ratio") of (i) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness to (ii) EBITDA of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, as at the end of and for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on such day, to be greater than (i) 2.00 to 1.00.

  • Interest Coverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Interest Coverage Ratio to be less than 2.75 to 1.0 on the last day of any Fiscal Quarter.

  • Adjusted Quick Ratio A ratio of Quick Assets to Total Liabilities minus Deferred Revenue of at least 1.5 to 1.0; and

  • Debt to Worth Ratio To maintain at all times, on a consolidated basis, a ratio of Total Liabilities to Tangible Net Worth not exceeding 1.10 to 1.00.
