Common use of Minimum Exercise Clause in Contracts

Minimum Exercise. This Option may be exercised by Purchaser in whole or in part; provided, however, that any partial exercise of this Option shall not be for less than the lower of (i) 10,000 LifeMap Shares and (ii) all of the remaining LifeMap Shares that are issuable as of the applicable date of determination upon the exercise of the Option held by the Purchaser pursuant to the terms hereof.
