Minimum Funding Amount. Except to the extent the remaining Commitment is a lesser amount, any Growth Capital Loans requested by Borrower to be made on a single Business Day shall be for a minimum aggregate principal amount of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000).
