Minimum Funding Amount. Except to the extent the remaining Commitment is a lesser amount, any Loan(s) requested by Borrower to be made on a single Business Day shall be for a minimum aggregate principal amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00). Borrower shall not submit a Borrowing Request more frequently than once each month.
