Minimum Hydrogen Purchase. During the Supply Period, Buyer shall pay for a minimum quantity of hydrogen equal to 5,018.7 MMSCF per calendar quarter (the "Minimum Quantity of Hydrogen"), regardless of the quantity of hydrogen actually taken by Buyer. Buyer shall be invoiced at the end of each calendar quarter a charge for the difference between the Minimum Quantity of Hydrogen and the hydrogen delivered to Buyer hereunder in such calendar quarter at the price set forth in Section 7.
