Minimum Insurance Required. During the term of this Agreement, SUPPLIER will obtain and maintain at its sole expense, with financially reputable insurers licensed to do business in all jurisdictions where Products are manufactured and services are performed, liability insurance sufficient to protect BUYER from any claims described herein, and in any event no less than the policies and limits set forth below. SUPPLIER will pay the premiums therefore, and deliver to BUYER, upon execution of this Agreement, proof of such insurance. Minimum Insurance Required. Contractor and its subcontractors, if any, shall procure and maintain, until all of the Contract obligations have been fully discharged, including any warranty period, all insurance required in this Section with an insurance company duly licensed in Washington State with an A.M. Best Company ratings of not less than A-VIII and a category rating of not less than “8”, with policies and forms satisfactory to HK. Use of alternative insurers requires prior written approval from HK. Coverage limits shall be at minimum the limits identified in this Section, or the limits available under the policies maintained by Contractor without regard to the Contract, whichever is greater.

Minimum Insurance Required. At all times during the Term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall obtain, maintain and pay for the insurance coverage designated in this Article from generally recognized financially responsible insurers (or alternatively in the form of approved self-insurance) that are approved by the County in its sole discretion and licensed in the State of Washington and whose claims paying ability is rated not less than “A/ VII” by A.M. Best Company, Inc. at all times during the Term of this Agreement.

Minimum Insurance Required. Each party to this Agreement shall, during the entire term hereof, procure and maintain sufficient coverage on the following, (or have proof of membership in a risk pool which contains essentially the following), or if self-insured, have financial evidence providing for the following: A. Subject to paragraph (F) below, comprehensive general liability insurance with limits of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00); B. Subject to paragraph (F) below, code officials' liability insurance with limits of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000 .00); C. Minimum Insurance Required. During the term of this Agreement, -------------------------- Provider will obtain and maintain at its own expense, with financially reputable insurers licensed to do business in all jurisdictions where Support Services are performed, liability insurance sufficient to protect Sun from any claims described in Section 3.5 above, and in any event, no less than the policies and limits set forth below. Provider will pay the premiums therefor, and deliver to Sun, upon request, proof of such insurance. Said insurance coverage may be modified or terminated only upon thirty (30) days Notice to Sun. (i) Workers' Compensation as required under any Workers' Compensation or similar law in the jurisdiction where work is performed, with an Employer's Liability limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence/annual aggregate; (ii) Commercial General Liability, including coverage for contractual liability and products/completed operations liability, with a limit of not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage liability; (iii) Business Auto insurance covering the ownership, maintenance or use of any owned, non-owned hired automobile with a limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence/annual aggregate for bodily injury, including death and property damage liability; and (iv) Professional Liability insurance covering errors and omissions, with a limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence.

Minimum Insurance Required. Each party to this Agreement shall, during the entire term hereof, procure and maintain the following insurance: A. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including owners, landlords and tenants; manufacturers and contractors; owners and contractors protective; products and completed operations; and contractual liability (which insures this Agreement). B. Personal Injury Liability Insurance, which insures all regular law enforcement personnel of the named, insured including false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, libel, slander and invasion of the right of private occupancy. C. Automobile Liability Insurance covering all owned or leased automobiles. Each party will provide to the other party(s), upon request, a certificate of insurance, in form reasonably acceptable to the requesting party, evidencing the existence of such insurance.
